The Shikoku pilgrimage, Ohenro, is said to have been founded in the year 815. Would you like to try on an Ohenro costume and take a walk around Kochi or visit a temple? It’s a great chance to experience Kochi’s beautiful nature and the warmth of the Kochi people.
How to Use
Make a reservation by using the application form or send e-mail.
*Reservations within 7 days of the intended use date must be made by e-mail.
*Pick up and return hours are between 8:30 AM and 5:15 PM on weekdays.
*Pick up and return services are not available on weekends or holidays.
(If you apply through the reservation form, the reservation will be confirmed by a confirmation message from the association.)

Visit the Nankoku City Tourism Association office, complete the rental application, and make the payment.
↓
You can rent the costume for up to a maximum of 8 days (this includes the first day of rental).
↓
You should return the costume personally to the Nankoku City Tourism Association office before the end of the rental period.
*Pick up and return services are available on weekdays only, from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM at the Nankoku City Tourism Association office.
The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
*Cleaning is not required.

Rental Fees
●Full Set（sizes: M, L, or child）・・￥2500
Includes: white robe, Buddhist stole, bag, conical hat, and staff
(1 of each).
●Individual Items
White robe (M,L, or child) ・・￥700
Buddhist stole (adult or child) ・・￥700
Conical hat ・・￥900
Staff (adult or child) ・・￥900
Bag ・・￥1000
*The hat and the bag are one-size-fits-all.
*Cleaning costs are included.

Attention
*Costume rental may be refused depending on rental availability.
*The representative users are required to provide identification.
*Return of costumes via a courier service is accepted, but the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
*In the event of loss, damage, or other issues, specified charges will be applied.
*Please refrain from marking temple seals, nokyo, on the rented white robe.
*Users are required to agree to the "Terms of Use for Ohenro Costume Rental Service " before use. Please read it in advance.
